I have been serving people for my entire career, from my younger days in the military, through teaching, consulting and leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies.  I have a deep understanding of developing and leading people and am always looking to maximize the potential of individuals through continuous learning, development, embracing failures and celebrating successes. 

I have a track record of building and sustaining great communities where people can thrive.  Where people can show up each day as their true self and feel safe and appreciated.  I am an empathetic leader that nurtures the people I serve and am looking to join an organization that also cares deeply for the people that power its mission.  A mission that is centered around improving the world around us and changing lives through technology.
